BUREAUCRACY IN TIME   时代官僚主义

This project critiques UAL’s Extenuating Circumstances system through the lens of Crip Time, questioning the assumption that all students can follow the same linear, able-bodied schedule.
We began by weaving strips of printed policy text to reflect the system’s complexity and inaccessibility.

The woven piece was transformed into a long concertina and used in performative installations—wrapped around bodies, dropped from above, and encircling group discussions—to physically express how institutional time constrains lived experience.
